Yes. We support SKU consolidation. You can combine different packaging types (e.g., bottles and jars) or different artwork designs within one container shipment. However, note that each unique artwork design usually triggers a separate printing plate fee and may have its own sub-MOQ.

Modifications are difficult once the raw material has been ordered or molds have been scheduled. However, we understand business needs change. Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). If production has not started, we will do our best to accommodate adjustments.

To ensure the highest print quality (offset, silk screen, or heat transfer), please follow these guidelines:

• Format: AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, or PSD.
• Resolution: Vector graphics are preferred. For raster images, minimum 300dpi.
• Color Mode: CMYK (not RGB) or Pantone (PMS) codes for specific spot colors.
• Bleed: Include 3mm bleed if the design goes to the edge.

Yes, proofing is a mandatory step in our QA process. We provide:

1. Digital Proof (Free): A PDF layout showing dimensions and artwork placement.
2. Physical Pre-production Sample (Paid): A real sample printed with your design. While there is a setup fee for this, the cost is refundable if you proceed with a large wholesale order.

Wholesale allows you to purchase bulk quantities of packaging at a significantly reduced unit cost. Our pricing is tiered: the larger the volume, the lower the price per unit. This ensures stable supply, consistent quality control across batches, and better profit margins for your business.

Certainly! GOLDENSOAR supports startups, new brands, and independent businesses. While custom manufacturing has high MOQs, we often have “Ready-to-Ship” stock of standard bottles and jars that can be purchased in smaller quantities to help you launch successfully.

• Express (Sample/Small Orders): DHL, FedEx, UPS (3–8 days).
• Air Freight (Urgent Bulk): Airport-to-Airport (10–15 days).
