All product materials and production processes strictly comply with international regulations to ensure safety, environmental friendliness, and sustainability. Where can I sell my products?

You have the flexibility to use GOLDENSOAR packaging in various channels. They are suitable for retail products, wholesale supply, e-commerce, promotional campaigns, and industrial applications. Orders & Payment

What is the minimum that I can order?

The MOQ varies by packaging type. For example, PE, PET, and PP packaging usually start at 20ft, while Aluminum, Tinplate, and Silicone packaging may require higher MOQs due to production lines. Please contact us for detailed requirements.

What is the production time?

The standard production time is 15–30 days, depending on the packaging material and customization details. For urgent projects, we can offer expedited production services.

 

Can I put multiple designs and products in one order?

Yes. You can combine different packaging types, sizes, and designs within one order. We are experienced in handling multi-product projects for brand owners and distributors.

 

What is the best way to deliver my files?

You can conveniently send us your design files through Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.

 

I want to ensure the best prints for my design. Are there any file requirements for uploads?

For high-quality printing, we recommend a resolution between 150dpi and 300dpi. Accepted file formats include AI, PDF, PSD, TIFF, and JPG. Please set the color mode to CMYK to ensure accurate results.

 

Can I proof before I place an order?

Yes, we provide proofing and sampling services to ensure your design is correctly applied to the chosen packaging.

Is a test print/proofing free?

No, a proofing fee will be charged depending on the packaging type. However, if you proceed with a large wholesale order, we can refund the proofing cost.

Can I get product samples?

Absolutely! We provide sample kits for PE, PET, PP, Aluminum, Tinplate, and Silicone packaging. You only need to pay a small shipping fee.

How can I pay?

We support multiple payment methods, including Bank Transfer, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Alipay.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes. Please let us know your required delivery date when placing your order. We will try to align production and shipping schedules accordingly.

Can I adjust my order after ordering?

Shipping Policy

Where will you ship from?

Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities in China, depending on the packaging type and production site.

 

Are there countries you cannot ship to?

No, we support worldwide shipping. If certain shipping companies cannot deliver to specific areas, we will provide alternative solutions.

What do you use for shipping?

We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, and sea freight to ensure flexible shipping solutions for different orders.

Has my order already been shipped?
